Recruitment and onboarding

We look for candidates to demonstrate their healthcare knowledge.
We’ve streamlined our recruitment process and you could be working your first shift just seven days after submitting your application form enabling us to better support our clients.

Application form

Our onboarding process starts with a simple online application form. This form is quick, straightforward, and secure. This process will also be merged with our platform software.

Verification Of Documents

Before bringing you in as a team member we will take care of initial documents, background checks, and other verifications online preferably in a paperless mode.

Initial Screening

We then review your application and make a decision on your fitness for the role based on your past experiences, qualifications, and your desire to care and protect our service users. For nurses, we will also confirm that you have a valid PIN. If further informations are required our recruitment team will contact you.

References and checks

If the screening stage is successful, we will immediately contact your references to allow for our fast-tracked recruitment and onboarding process. It would be beneficial if you could let them know that we will be in touch to ensure that they’re available. We also carry out full DBS/PVG checks at this stage to ensure that you are able to work in a care setting.

Interview Scheduling

Pending successful referencing and checks, the next stage involves a virtual meeting with a member of our recruitment team using a smart device. This would be your opportunity to tell us about your healthcare experience, skills and qualifications. We will assess your aptitude for the job whilst also seeing if you can tell us about scenarios in which you have demonstrated our core values:

We will also ask you to show us some ID documents. Don’t worry – all of the requirements will be shared with you in advance of the meeting so you have an idea of what will be needed. If your interview goes well, you’ll receive an email containing a job offer from us.
